Important Note Regarding Meals
Please note that all meals are optional and full or partial meal plans are available at an additional cost. Special menus can be arranged for students with dietary restrictions.

Small Groups
The week of May 19th, 2008, we will arrange trips to Québec for small groups (minimum 10 students) to travel with other schools.

Loyalty Reward
If your school has travelled with Keating for five years, one student goes free. After ten years, two students go free.

Referral Program
Refer a school that has not travelled with Keating Educational Tours and one of your students travels for free.

Accommodations
Students share beds at most hotels. Specific requests regarding allocation of boys and girls are forwarded to the accommodation and are subject to availability. Teachers stay in singles at most hotels except the Québec pensions (applies to teachers travelling at a 1:10 ratio).

Keating Educational Tours uses only the highest quality 47 and 56 passenger coaches. We are proud to be a preferred client of Coach Canada and the only educational tour operator with Great Canadian Coach Company.
